Usually, this means helping our clients to negotiate transactions, obtain entitlements, and complete environmental review in order to develop new projects that strengthen our communities, add multi-family housing, enhance infrastructure, or create renewable energy. In other situations, we make sure that others have fully complied with the regulatory requirements, protecting our communities from significant environmental impacts.
